Returns Policy
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 working days, starting from the day it has been delivered.
All the items will have to be returned to Pelletteria VG Srl – Via Camillo Golgi 29, 25036 Palazzolo S/O (Brescia) Italy, completely at your charge, by express courier service.
In order to exercise your right of return,refund or exchange you must inform us about your decision to withdrawn from your purchase order by writing us an email or calling us directly to our costumer service within 14 calendar days.
Your returns right will be properly exercise when:
A.Your returns/refunds/exchanges request will be directly communicated to our costumer service by email within 14 working days after the receiving of goods, quoting your order number.
B.Goods do not have to be used, weared or washed
C.Identification tag must be still attached to the products as well as the single-use seal that is part of the goods
D.Goods must be returned in their original box
E.Returned goods must be delivered to the courier within 14 working days starting from the receiving of them.
F.Goods must be undamaged
Identification tag of the product : All the items sold in our website guitarstraps.eu have an identification tag fixed with a single-use seal, that is integral part of goods. We suggest you to try items on without pulling the seal and the identification tag away. Please be informed that returned items lacking of them will be not accepted.
Pelletteria VG Srl has got high quality products but also wants to offer to all its customers the formula "SATISFIED OR REFUNDED" by accepting the returning of goods within 30 days from the date of delivery, in case you discover that purchased items are defected, damaged and lack of conformity. They have to be returned in their original packaging.
Respecting all the above mentioned conditions , Pelletteria VG Srl will refund you the price of bought goods, or exchange them.
Refunds times and terms
After having received and checked out that all conditions and requirements have been complied with, we will send you an email of confirmation about our acceptance of returned goods. In case there is a decrease value of the returned goods, you will receive an email where we will inform you about the deducted amount in the form of curtailment refund. No matter what payment form you use (credit/debit card or cash on delivery), we will process your refund shortly and however within 14 working days.
Actual time for refund or repayment of the amounts will depend on payments methods :
Buying by credit/debit card : refund time depends on management company, but it is normally paid within 5/7 calendar days.
Buying by PayPal : refund will be paid on your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The effective refund on your credit card from your PayPal account depends on the bank which has issued the card
